Traditions
Unlike the Australians, who for various reasons have lost the traditions of the mother country, New Zealanders have changed very little habits of Englishmen transplanted to the southern hemisphere. Also, in the early, there was a remarkable phenomenon of urbanization, formed many medium-sized cities, inhabited by a few thousand inhabitants, in which life was centered on a main street with stores.
